The vivo iQOO Neo 10 was officially announced on May 26, 2025, and is expected to release on June 2, 2025. This flagship device combines powerful performance, a vibrant display, and a long-lasting battery to meet the needs of gamers and tech enthusiasts.
Design and Build
The iQOO Neo 10 measures 163.7 x 75.9 x 8.1 mm and weighs 206 grams. It features a glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame. It’s also IP65 certified for water and dust resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H standards (though not guaranteed for rugged use).
Display Features
The phone boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1 billion colors, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and up to 4400 nits peak brightness. With a 1260 x 2800 pixel resolution and ~453 ppi density, the display is ideal for immersive viewing and smooth gaming.
Performance and Software
Running on Android 15 with Funtouch 15, the vivo iQOO Neo 10 promises up to three major Android upgrades. It is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with an Adreno 825 GPU and an octa-core CPU for fast, efficient multitasking and gaming.
Storage and RAM
The phone comes in four variants:
- 128GB with 8GB RAM
- 256GB with 8GB or 12GB RAM
- 512GB with 16GB RAM (UFS 4.1 storage available only in 256GB/512GB models)
There is no card slot for expandable storage.

The rear features a dual-camera system:
- 50 MP wide lens with OIS and PDAF
- 8 MP ultrawide lens
It supports 4K video at 60fps, along with gyro-EIS and OIS for stability.
Front Camera
The vivo iQOO Neo 10 front-facing camera is a 32 MP wide sensor that captures clear selfies and supports 1080p video with gyro-EIS.

The vivo iQOO Neo 10 phone features stereo speakers but lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack. For connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared port, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG support.
