Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro is an upcoming mid-range smartphone that combines durability, long-term software support, and reliable performance. It targets users who want a balanced device with a strong display, solid battery life, and trusted Samsung features.

Samsung announced the device on August 3, 2026, and plans to release it on August 8, 2026. Therefore, it currently falls under the “coming soon” category.

Design and Build

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro features a sturdy and modern design. It measures 162.4 × 78.2 × 8.1 mm and weighs 206 grams, so it feels solid without being too bulky.

Moreover, Samsung uses Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both the front and back, while a plastic frame keeps the weight manageable. The phone also offers IP64 protection, which helps it resist dust and water splashes. In addition, it can survive drops from up to 2 meters, which adds extra durability.

Display

The device includes a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. As a result, users get smooth scrolling and vibrant visuals.

It delivers a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels with around 385 PPI density. Furthermore, Gorilla Glass Victus+ protects the screen, so it handles scratches and minor impacts more effectively.

Performance and Software

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro runs on Android 16 with One UI 8.5. More importantly, Samsung promises up to 6 major OS updates, which ensures long-term usability.

It uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset built on a 4nm process. In addition, the octa-core CPU and Adreno 710 GPU deliver stable performance for daily tasks, multitasking, and light gaming.

The phone offers multiple configurations, including:

• 128GB with 6GB RAM
• 128GB with 8GB RAM
• 256GB with 8GB RAM

Furthermore, users can expand storage via a microSD card, although it shares the SIM slot.

Camera

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro comes with a triple camera setup. It includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera.

As a result, users can capture detailed photos in different scenarios. The camera supports HDR, panorama, and 4K video recording at 30fps.

On the front, it features a 12MP selfie camera with HDR support. Therefore, it delivers clear selfies and decent video quality for calls and social media.

Sound and Connectivity

The device includes a loudspeaker for audio output. However, it does not offer a 3.5mm headphone jack.

In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and multiple navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BDS. Additionally, NFC support allows for contactless payments.

Features and Sensors

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking. Moreover, it offers sensors like an accelerometer, gyro, and compass, along with virtual proximity sensing.

Battery

The phone packs a large 6000 mAh battery. As a result, it easily supports long hours of usage.

It supports 45W wired charging and bypass charging. Therefore, users can charge quickly while also reducing heat during gaming sessions.
