OnePlus Watch 3 Lite

OnePlus officially announced the OnePlus Watch 3 Lite on December 17, 2025. According to current information, the smartwatch is coming soon and is expected to be released on December 24, 2025.

Body

The OnePlus Watch 3 Lite features a compact and lightweight design. It measures 45 × 45 × 8.9 mm and weighs only 35 grams, which makes it comfortable for all-day wear. Moreover, the watch uses a glass front, a stainless steel frame, and a plastic back for durability and comfort. It does not support SIM connectivity. In addition, the watch offers IP68 dust and water resistance along with a 5ATM waterproof rating, so it can handle swimming and daily water exposure easily.

Display

The smartwatch comes with a 1.46-inch AMOLED display that delivers vibrant colors and sharp visuals. Furthermore, it reaches 1500 nits brightness in high brightness mode and up to 3000 nits at peak, which ensures excellent outdoor visibility. With a 464 × 464 resolution and ~317 ppi density, text and icons appear crisp and clear.

Platform

OnePlus Watch 3 Lite runs on OxygenOS Watch 7.1. As a result, users can expect smooth navigation, fast responses, and seamless integration with OnePlus smartphones. The optimized operating system also helps improve battery efficiency and overall performance.

Memory

The watch includes 4GB of internal storage. However, it does not support a memory card slot. Still, the available storage should be sufficient for system data and essential smartwatch functions.

Camera

OnePlus Watch 3 Lite does not include a camera. Therefore, the design remains minimal and focused on fitness, health tracking, and smart features.

Sound

The smartwatch does not feature a loudspeaker or a 3.5mm audio jack. Instead, it relies on vibrations and connected Bluetooth devices for alerts and audio-related functions.

Connectivity

Connectivity options remain simple and efficient. The watch supports Bluetooth 5.2 with A2DP and LE for stable connections. In addition, it includes multi-band GPS (L1+L5) with support for GLONASS, BDS, and GALILEO, which ensures accurate location tracking. NFC is also available, although it is not intended for payments.

Sensors

OnePlus Watch 3 Lite includes a comprehensive set of sensors. These include an accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, compass, barometer, and skin temperature thermometer. Consequently, the watch can track health metrics, workouts, and daily activities with precision.

Battery

The smartwatch is powered by a 339 mAh Li-Ion battery. Thanks to OxygenOS optimizations, users can expect reliable battery life for daily usage, including fitness tracking and notifications.
