The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus launched on September 5, 2025, and became available in October. It brings a large display, a slim profile, powerful battery life, and productivity-focused features. Design and Build
The tablet measures 278.8 x 181.1 x 6.3 mm and weighs 530 grams, giving it a slim and premium feel. It includes a glass front, an aluminum frame, and an aluminum back, which makes the device durable. Moreover, it offers stylus support and splash resistance, so everyday use feels more secure.
Display
The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate. As a result, scrolling and animations feel smoother. The screen reaches 600 nits typical brightness and 800 nits HBM, so outdoor visibility remains good. In addition, the 2560 x 1600 resolution ensures clear text and sharp visuals. Some models also include an anti-reflection coating, which further improves the viewing experience.
Performance
The tablet runs on Android 15, and Lenovo promises 2 major Android upgrades. Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 6400 (6 nm) chipset, it handles productivity tasks, streaming, note-taking, and gaming smoothly. The octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU deliver balanced performance for both work and entertainment.
Storage and Memory
You get multiple configurations, including 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 12GB RAM. Since the tablet uses UFS 2.2 storage, app loading feels responsive. Furthermore, the microSDXC card slot allows additional storage expansion whenever needed.
Camera
The rear camera includes a 13 MP wide-angle lens with autofocus, suitable for document scanning and casual photos. On the front, the 8 MP selfie camera supports 1080p video, so video calls remain clear and smooth.
Audio and Multimedia
The device offers a premium audio experience with four stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos. It also supports 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res audio, making movies, music, and gaming more immersive. Although the tablet does not include a 3.5mm jack, USB-C audio delivers clean sound output.
Connectivity
For wireless connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth 5.2. Location support includes GPS, GALILEO, and GLONASS, which helps with navigation and outdoor apps. The tablet also provides USB Type-C 2.0, DisplayPort, and accessory connector pins for keyboards and other attachments.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus packs a strong 10200 mAh battery, so it easily lasts through long work or study sessions. Along with that, the 45W fast charging support ensures quick top-ups whenever needed.
