Design and Build

The Oukitel C17 Mini has a very compact body measuring 99.2 × 47.3 × 12.9 mm. It weighs only 108 grams, so users can carry and operate it comfortably with one hand.

Moreover, the phone features Panda Glass on the front, along with a plastic back and plastic frame. It also supports dual Nano-SIM cards, making it convenient for users who manage two mobile numbers.

Display

The device features a 4.0-inch TFT display with a resolution of 540 × 1172 pixels. As a result, the screen offers around 323 PPI density and provides sharp text and images for its compact size.

Furthermore, Panda Glass protects the display from everyday scratches and minor impacts.

Performance and Software

The Oukitel C17 Mini runs on Android 16 and uses the Unisoc T610 chipset built on a 12nm process. Its octa-core CPU combines Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores, while the Mali-G52 MP2 GPU handles graphics.

Therefore, the phone can manage basic tasks such as calling, messaging, browsing, and lightweight apps. It comes with two memory configurations: 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage.

Camera

The smartphone features a 13MP rear camera with autofocus. In addition, it includes LED flash, HDR, and panorama features.

The rear camera can record 1080p video at 30fps. On the front, a 5MP selfie camera also supports 1080p video recording. Therefore, the camera system works well for basic photos, video calls, and casual recordings.

Sound and Connectivity

The Oukitel C17 Mini includes a built-in loudspeaker. However, it does not provide a 3.5mm headphone jack.

For wireless connectivity, the phone supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. Moreover, it includes GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, and BDS for navigation.

The device also features FM radio and USB Type-C with OTG support. However, it does not include NFC.

Features and Sensors

The phone includes an accelerometer and proximity sensor for essential device functions. Therefore, it keeps the feature set simple while focusing on its compact design.

Battery

The Oukitel C17 Mini packs a 2300 mAh Li-Po battery. It supports 10W wired charging and reverse wired charging.

Although the battery is smaller than those found in most modern smartphones, the compact 4.0-inch display and lightweight hardware can help keep everyday power consumption manageable.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the Oukitel C17 Mini focuses on compact size, lightweight design, and essential smartphone features. Its small display, Android 16 software, dual-SIM support, and expandable memory options make it suitable for users who prefer smaller phones.
