Realme announced the Realme P3 Lite 4G on September 30, 2025. Shortly after, the company released the device in October 2025. Therefore, the smartphone is already available for purchase.

The Realme P3 Lite 4G measures 165.8 × 75.9 × 7.8 mm and weighs 196 g. As a result, it feels slim and comfortable in hand. The phone supports dual Nano-SIM cards and offers dust protection with splash resistance. Moreover, it can survive drops from up to 1.5 meters, which improves durability for daily use.

Display

The device features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Consequently, scrolling and animations appear smoother. The screen reaches up to 725 nits of peak brightness, which helps in outdoor visibility. Running Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0, the Realme P3 Lite 4G provides a clean and updated user experience. At the same time, the Unisoc T7250 chipset built on a 12 nm process focuses on efficiency. The octa-core CPU and Mali-G57 MP1 GPU handle browsing, streaming, and social apps smoothly.

Memory

Realme offers multiple memory configurations, including 64GB with 4GB RAM up to 256GB with 8GB RAM. Therefore, users can choose according to their needs. Furthermore, the dedicated microSDXC slot allows easy storage expansion without sacrificing SIM functionality.

Main Camera

The Realme P3 Lite 4G features a 50 MP wide rear camera with PDAF. As a result, photos look sharper and more detailed in good lighting. LED flash and panorama modes add flexibility, while 1080p video recording at 30fps suits everyday video capture.
