Not announced officially yet, this device is expected to combine a premium design, a powerful 3nm chipset, and a versatile Zeiss-tuned camera system. Moreover, vivo aims to deliver long-term software support and top-tier durability with IP68/IP69 certification.
Design and Build Quality
The vivo X200T comes with a slim 8.0 mm profile and weighs either 203 g or 205 g, depending on the back material. It features a glass front, an aluminum alloy frame, and a choice between a glass back or fiber-reinforced plastic back. In addition, the phone supports Nano-SIM + Nano-SIM and offers IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments.
Display Features
vivo equips the X200T with a stunning 6.67-inch AMOLED display. It supports 1B colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 2160Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort. Furthermore, HDR10+ and Ultra HDR image support enhance visual quality, while 1600 nits (HBM) ensures excellent outdoor visibility. The 1260 × 2800 resolution delivers sharp visuals at around 460 ppi, protected by Schott Xensation Alpha glass.
Performance and Software
At its core, the vivo X200T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3 nm) chipset. This processor includes a high-performance Cortex-X925 core at 3.63 GHz, supported by Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A720 cores for balanced efficiency. Meanwhile, the Immortalis-G925 GPU handles demanding gaming and graphics smoothly. The phone runs Android 16 and is expected to receive up to 5 major Android upgrades, which adds long-term value.
Memory and Storage Options
The vivo X200T offers multiple high-end configurations. These include 256GB with 12GB RAM, 512GB with 12GB or 16GB RAM, and a massive 1TB with 16GB RAM option. All variants use UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring faster app launches and file transfers. However, there is no microSD card slot.
Camera Capabilities
The triple rear camera system is one of the highlights of the vivo X200T. It features a 50 MP wide camera with OIS, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3× optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide camera with autofocus. Zeiss optics, Zeiss T* coating, Laser AF, and 3D LUT import further improve image quality. For video, it supports 4K up to 60fps and high-frame-rate 1080p recording.
On the front, a 32 MP ultrawide selfie camera delivers sharp photos and supports 4K video recording, making it ideal for vlogging and video calls.
Audio and Connectivity
The device includes stereo speakers for immersive sound, although it lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options are extensive, including Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an infrared port, and advanced global positioning systems such as GPS L1+L5, GALILEO, BDS, and NavIC. It uses a USB Type-C 2.0 port with OTG support.
