Honor X7d

Honor announced the Honor X7d on September 24, 2025, and released it on the same day. As a result, the smartphone is already available in selected markets without any waiting period.

Body

The Honor X7d features a solid and practical design. It measures 166.9 × 76.8 × 8.2 mm and weighs 206 grams, which gives it a sturdy in-hand feel. The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards, making it suitable for work and personal use.

Additionally, the phone carries an IP65 rating. Therefore, it resists dust and low-pressure water jets, which helps protect it during everyday outdoor use.

Display

Honor equips the X7d with a large 6.77-inch TFT LCD display. The panel supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, which improves scrolling and animations. Moreover, the screen reaches up to 850 nits in high brightness mode, ensuring good outdoor visibility.

The display uses a 720 × 1610 resolution with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Although the pixel density sits at around 261 ppi, the large screen still delivers a comfortable viewing experience. Scratch-resistant glass adds basic protection against daily wear.

Platform

The Honor X7d runs on Android 15 with Magic OS 9 on top. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, built on an efficient 6 nm process. Consequently, the phone handles daily tasks smoothly while maintaining good battery efficiency.

The octa-core CPU combines Cortex-A78 and Cortex-A55 cores for balanced performance. Meanwhile, the Adreno 619 GPU manages casual gaming and multimedia tasks reliably.

Memory

Honor offers several storage configurations to meet different needs:

• 128GB storage with 6GB RAM
• 256GB storage with 6GB RAM
• 256GB storage with 8GB RAM

However, the device does not include a memory card slot. Therefore, users should choose their storage option carefully.

Main Camera

The Honor X7d features a dual-camera setup led by a 50 MP wide sensor with PDAF. This camera captures detailed photos in good lighting conditions. An auxiliary lens supports additional depth and imaging effects.

Furthermore, the camera system includes HDR and panorama modes. For video recording, the phone supports 1080p at 30fps.

Selfie Camera

On the front, the Honor X7d houses a 5 MP wide selfie camera. It records Full HD video at 30fps, which works well for video calls and basic social media use.

Sound

The device includes stereo speakers that provide clear and balanced sound output. However, Honor removes the 3.5mm headphone jack, so users need wireless earbuds or USB-C audio accessories.

Connectivity

The Honor X7d supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and aptX HD for improved wireless audio quality. In addition, it includes multiple global positioning systems for accurate navigation.

NFC support is available, although it depends on the market or region. The phone also features a USB Type-C 2.0 port with OTG support.

Sensors

For security, the Honor X7d uses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also includes essential sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and compass to support daily functionality.

Battery

A large 6500 mAh Li-Po battery powers the Honor X7d. Thanks to this capacity, the phone easily lasts through long usage sessions. Moreover, it supports 35W wired fast charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging, adding extra convenience.
