The Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max is a premium flagship smartphone with a large dual-layer OLED display, powerful cameras, and a high-capacity battery. Huawei announced and released the device on October 1, 2026. As a result, the phone is now available for users who want advanced hardware and modern features.

Design and Build

The Mate 90 Pro Max features a premium design with a glass front, aluminum frame, and glass-fiber reinforced plastic back. It measures 164.5 × 78.7 × 8.2 mm and weighs 234 grams.

Moreover, Huawei uses Kunlun Glass 3 to protect the front display. The phone supports Nano-SIM and eSIM configurations, with up to three SIMs active at the same time. In addition, IP68/IP69 protection helps the device resist dust and water exposure, including high-pressure water jets and immersion up to 6 meters for 30 minutes.

Display

The device features a 6.9-inch dual-layer LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Therefore, users can enjoy smooth animations and responsive scrolling.

Additionally, users can choose between 512GB with 12GB RAM, 512GB with 16GB RAM, and 1TB with 16GB RAM. However, the phone does not include a memory card slot.
