The Xiaomi Poco F9 Pro is a rumored flagship smartphone that aims to combine powerful performance, an advanced camera system, and premium multimedia features. It also brings a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, fast charging, and strong water and dust protection.
The phone has not received an official announcement yet. Therefore, Xiaomi has not confirmed its launch date or availability.
Design and Build
The Xiaomi Poco F9 Pro measures 157.5 × 75.3 × 8.6 mm and weighs 218 grams. It combines a glass front with Gorilla Glass 7i, an aluminum frame, and a glass-fiber reinforced plastic back.
Moreover, the phone supports Nano-SIM and eSIM configurations, with up to two active SIMs at once. It also carries IP68/IP69 protection, so the device can handle dust, water splashes, and high-pressure water jets.
Display
The device features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 185Hz refresh rate. As a result, users can expect extremely smooth animations, scrolling, and gaming.

The Xiaomi Poco F9 Pro runs Android 16 with HyperOS 3. It uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on an advanced 3nm process.
Additionally, the Adreno 840 GPU handles demanding graphics and gaming workloads. The phone offers 256GB storage with 12GB RAM or 512GB storage with 12GB RAM. It also uses fast UFS 4.1 storage.
Camera
The Xiaomi Poco F9 Pro features a triple rear camera system. It combines a 200MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS and 2.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
As a result, the setup can capture detailed photos across different shooting conditions. The camera system also includes HDR, panorama, and a color spectrum sensor.
