Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi 15S Pro on May 22, 2025, and it became available on the same day. This flagship device offers cutting-edge features designed for power users.
Design and Build Quality
The Xiaomi 15S Pro measures 161.3 x 75.3 x 8.3 mm and weighs 216 grams. Moreover, it has an IP68 rating, making it dust-tight and water resistant up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The phone features a durable shatterproof glass of the 2024 generation.
Display Specifications
This model boasts a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display. It delivers vibrant visuals with 68 billion colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HDR Vivid. Additionally, the screen reaches a peak brightness of 3200 nits and offers a sharp resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels (~521 ppi density).

Powered by the advanced 3 nm Xring O1 chipset, the Xiaomi 15S Pro runs on a 10-core 3.9 GHz CPU combined with an Immortalis-G925 MC16 GPU. It runs Android 15 paired with HyperOS 2, ensuring smooth and responsive user experience.
Memory and Storage
The Xiaomi 15S Pro comes with either 512GB or 1TB internal storage, paired with 16GB of RAM. It uses fast UFS 4.1 storage, but does not include a microSD card slot.
Camera System
The phone features a versatile triple 50 MP camera setup:
- A wide 50 MP main sensor with f/1.4 aperture, OIS, and dual pixel PDAF.
- A 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and OIS.
- A 50 MP ultrawide lens with 115° field of view.
